Quick Synopsis

Overall Score

Enjoyment:
It enhances The Sim's experience, but it is limited when compared to the other expansion packs.

The Sims: Livin' Large is best to purchase with the original Sims game in the Double Deluxe addition.  You get The Sims and Livin' Large in the same package.  Livin' Large is just like the other Sim's expansion packs; you get new items, new characters, new expressions, and new career choices.

A Sim's fan, like a fan of any other thing, likes to add to their collection.  This enhances the experience and pleasure that one can receive from something that they enjoy.  Every Sim's expansion pack creates a new level of experience for the user.  Hot Date creates a romantic appeal, House Party has excitement, and Vacation brings relaxation.  The expansion pack Livin' Large is hard to pinpoint what atmosphere it creates exactly.  This is because there is such a variety to this pack.

This expansion pack does not offer a downtown area which is a bummer.  It also doesn't offer as many items as some of the other expansion packs do.  That is why buying this expansion pack alone is not a very good deal, but when bought with the original Sims you are not being cheated.
